We use it to answer and confirm requests, address complaints, send consented information, improve the website, and maintain security. You may access, update, correct, delete, or revoke authorization for your data through our WhatsApp support channel or at our registered address. Requests are handled within the periods established by Colombian law. We avoid sensitive and minors’ data unless strictly necessary and legally authorized, apply technical and organizational safeguards, and retain information only as required for its stated purpose and legal obligations.

We use necessary hosting and security technology and local storage to remember your cookie and language preferences. With consent, Google Maps may process device, IP, and interaction information under Google’s policies, and privacy-conscious aggregate analytics may measure visits and anonymous actions. Reservation and event submissions are requests only and require explicit staff confirmation. Under Law 1480 of 2011, consumers may submit petitions, complaints, and claims through our WhatsApp support channel. The Colombian consumer authority is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat/gluten, fish, and shellfish. We take precautions when asked but cannot guarantee an allergen-free item; please tell staff about serious allergies before ordering.
